We are building an IMBR academy to teach what we have learned about EEG and meditation. The academy will present the information in a tiered sequence that goes deeper with each layer. The first two lessons will be centered on how to use and understand the information on the summary screen and brainwave analyzer. Then we will delve deeper into the basic science of EEG and meditation. We will have several lessons for each topic and a test at the end of each section to make sure you are getting the material.
We will be launching the academy with cohorts that learn together and participate in zoom sessions for questions and group learning. The academy will be free for the first 25 people who sign up.
